**2. Account & Security**

• Any actions performed through your account are your responsibility.
• Onelzak reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our rules.
**3. Payments**
• All payments must be made in advance through supported payment options (Selcom, M-Pesa, TigoPesa, Airtel Money, or cards).
• All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless stated otherwise.
• Onelzak does not store or share your payment details.
**4. Orders & Delivery**
• Orders start automatically once payment is confirmed.
• You must provide a correct and public link before placing an order.
• Delivery time depends on the selected service and provider performance.
**5. Refund Policy**
• Refunds are available only if the order has not started.
• Refunds are credited as balance to your Onelzak account.
• Completed or partially delivered orders are not refundable.
**6. Prohibited Use**
You agree not to use Onelzak for:
• Spamming or fake engagement
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violating social media platforms’ policies
**7. Limitation of Liability**
Onelzak will not be held responsible for losses, damages, or account issues resulting from misuse, incorrect links, or changes made by social media platforms.
**8. Modifications**
Onelzak reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services means you agree to the latest version.
