How do I place an Order?
Go to New Order, choose the Category and Service you want, enter the correct Link or Username and Quantity, then submit your Order. Make sure your Balance is enough before placing the Order.

How do I add Balance?
Open Add Funds, choose an available payment method, enter the amount you want to add and complete the payment. Your Balance will be credited after the payment is confirmed.
How long will my Order take to start?
Start time depends on the Service. Check the Service description and Average Time before placing your Order. Some Orders start quickly while others may take longer.
Why is my Order delayed?
An Order can be delayed because of high demand, platform changes or the selected Service. Check the Order status and Service description. If it takes longer than expected, contact Support with your Order ID.
What is a Refill?
Refill means restoring eligible drops after an Order has completed. Refill availability and duration depend on the Service. Read the Service description before ordering.
Do I need to provide my account Password?
No. For normal Onelzak services you should not provide your social media account Password. Use only the Link or Username required by the selected Service.
